PRODUCT ORDERS

You are required to provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.

You are required to enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Alden Clothing is not obliged to resend the order to the correct address at our own expense. 

All orders placed through the site are subject to Alden Clothings acceptance. We may refuse to accept or may cancel any orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, Alden Clothing will issue you a refund.

PRODUCTS

The products available on Alden Clothings web-site are custom made to order and are subject to supply. Descriptions, specifications, colours, sizing and pricing are subject to change at any time and without any notice. 

Alden Clothings garments are made from high quality natural fibres that include linen, linen blends and cotton. With the use of such natural products irregularities may be part of the composition of such fabrics and therefore will not be considered as faulty or damaged.  

As Alden Clothings garments are custom made to order, careful consideration should be made regarding sizing. Please consult the size charts prior to purchase,link here. 

PURCHASE PRICE

All prices quoted on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) including GST and delivery Australia wide. We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the website without notice.

PAYMENT

Alden Clothing accepts payment via credit card (Visa/Mastercard) as available through our checkout. 

After you make payment for your order, you will be emailed an invoice, which confirms receipt of your order.

SECURITY AND TERMS OF USE

We understand that protection and safety of information relating to your payment method is very important to you. Therefore, we provide you with a very safe and stress-free online shopping experience.

GIFT CARDS

Digital gift cards purchased online are sent to the email address provided on the order as a digital gift card. Digital gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be returned or canceled.Gift cards are valid for 6 months after the date of issue.

PROCESSING OF ORDERS

We process purchases and manufacture on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.

DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING

We aim to ship your custom made garment within 14 days from order placement. During certain periods, this estimate may vary.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Alden Clothing may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation. 

EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

Any exchange of products to Alden Clothing from the customer will be governed in accordance with our exchange policy(here). 

Further to this policy, Alden Clothing is not responsible for exchanges or returns that are not received. 

MATERIALS FOR LIMITED USE

This site contains graphics, photographs, images, document layouts, artwork, text, fonts, software tools, and other information (which will be referred to as “content” from here on). This site and all its content are exclusive property of Alden Clothing. All rights in this site and its content are reserved. It is strictly prohibited to retain, copy, distribute, publish, or use any aspects of the content except as explicitly allowed in these terms and conditions. Alden Clothing reserves the right to add to, delete from, or modify any part of content at any time without prior notice.

GENERAL

The laws of Victoria, Australia govern these Terms and Conditions.

Alden Clothing may assign any of its rights and duties under these Terms and Conditions to any party at any time without notice.
