Alden Clothings garments are made from high quality natural fibres that include linen, linen blends and cotton. With the use of such natural products irregularities may be part of the composition of such fabrics and therefore will not be considered as faulty or damaged.

All prices quoted on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) including GST where applicable and delivery Australia wide. A flat rate of $20 shipping will be charged for orders sent to New Zealand and the US. We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the website without notice.
Alden Clothing accepts payment via credit card (Visa/Mastercard) as available through our checkout. After you make payment for your order, you will be emailed an invoice, which confirms receipt of your order.

Digital gift cards purchased online are issued in AUD and sent to the email address provided on the order as a digital gift card. Digital gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be returned or cancelled. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded. Gift cards can be redeemed in whole or for part of a payment. Gift cards are valid for 3 years after the date of issue.
We process purchases and manufacture on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.
We aim to ship your custom made garment within 14 days from order placement. During certain periods, this estimate may vary. For more information see our shipping and delivery information.
Alden Clothing may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
Any exchange of products to Alden Clothing from the customer will be governed in accordance with our exchange policy here. Further to this policy, Alden Clothing is not responsible for exchanges or returns that are not received.
