All orders are custom made and sent from our Alden Clothing HQ in Melbourne, Australia
As each item is custom-made to order, we need time to make your Alden piece! We aim to dispatch all items within 14 days of order placement. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will also be notified when your order is shipped and will be emailed a tracking number.
Free express shipping on all orders AU wide. We know you want to wear your Alden pieces as soon as possible, so with that in mind we use postage services with quick delivery times. Upon dispatch, your parcel will typically arrive within 1-2 business days.
We offer standard shipping to New Zealand and the US for a flat rate of $20 AUD.
Note, International customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country.
Alden Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or orders delayed in transit. The above timeframes are not guaranteed as delays may occur. Once processed through the checkout, all orders are final. No further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to; removing and/or adding items to your order, combining or canceling your order.
