How long will it take to receive my order?

Your Alden piece is custom-made to order in Melbourne, Australia and we aim to dispatch all orders within 14 days of purchase. You will also receive a tracking number via email once your purchase is sent. You can view our shipping information here. 

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping is free Australia-wide and sent by express post. 

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Yes we do! We currently ship to New Zealand the US for a flat rate of $20. See our shipping FAQ for further information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We would love to assist with this however no further changes can be made to your order once processed. This includes removing and / or adding items to your order, combining or canceling orders.

I have a sizing / fitting related question.

We want you to love the style and fit of your Alden piece! Not only do we provide an Australian standard size chart as a general guide, we also provide individual finished garment size charts for each top and skirt / dress. These are available so you may determine exactly what size suits you best. You can read more information regarding this and view our size guides here.

I’m struggling to decide what options to choose.

How do I care for and store my garment?

We’re so glad you asked! You can view our care instructions here. Additionally, when your package arrives, you will be sent a garment care card, explaining how to ensure you get the best longevity out of your garment. You can also find the appropriate care instructions for your Alden piece on the tag attached to its inside seam.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Absolutely! You can purchase an Alden Clothing gift card here.

Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

We will offer a one-off exchange for store credit in the form of an online gift voucher, considering the request and garment meets the requirements of our exchange policy. You can read our exchange terms and conditions here.
